What's included
Every session at ILO includes the Finnish sauna, the ice baths, guided breathwork, and towels — nothing to bring except swimwear. Our studio is at Carrer de Bailén 56 in the Eixample, a few minutes from Girona and Verdaguer metro, with sessions running from morning until late evening.
Gift cards are digital, so there's no delivery time to plan around and nothing to lose in the post. If you're giving one in person, the email is easy to print — plenty of people hand it over as a card at the table.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly does the gift card arrive?
By email, within a few minutes of paying. If it hasn't shown up, check the spam folder first and then write to us — we can resend it to any address.
How long is it valid for?
The expiry date is shown on the gift card itself when you buy it. If yours is close to running out and the person hasn't managed to come in yet, write to us and we'll sort it out rather than let it go to waste.
Can they use it for two people?
Yes. An open-value card can be spent on any booking, including two spots in the same session. If you bought a single-session card and they want to bring someone, they can pay the difference for the second place at checkout.
What if they've never done an ice bath before?
That's most of the people who walk in. Every session is guided: the sauna comes first, the ice bath temperature is theirs to choose — anywhere from 15°C down to 3°C — and someone talks them through the breathing for the first minute. Nobody is pushed.
Can I buy several cards for a team or a company?
Yes, and we can issue them together and invoice the company. Write to us with how many you need and we'll set it up — it's a common one for end-of-year gifts and offsites in Barcelona.
Is it refundable if they can't use it?
Gift cards aren't refundable for cash, but they're transferable — the code works for whoever holds it. If plans change, it can simply be passed on to someone else.
